It takes more than just getting one of my videos to benefit in this market.
That video must be found.
So what to do?
Combine All facets of experience into a 'one time ad' or video ad,
that is a long term continuing 'Billboard' of your Real Estate business.
I'm a local boy, so I think local. I'm also sensitive to the Realtors, Sellers and Buyers needs and desires. I understand advertising, marketing and Search Engine algorithms which is the crown jewel of being found online.

I just finished a beautiful $2million cabin in Banner Elk for my portfolio.
I am communicating with the Realtors who understand video as a necessity, video advertising as an incredible long term investment and may be interested in working with me. Time constraints encourage me to try to work with just those who already understand the advantage of video and social media, or recognize its potential required abilities in this social media world.
I laid my first ground work by beginning to build both a Youtube and Facebook presence. I can talk with you and explain better how all that works. But it does work. And my preBuilds are working. The goal is always page 1 results.
Without Search Engine manipulation and algorithm understandings, the Real Estate videos are easily overlooked. My years of Search Engine understanding comes with my video work. I tweek everything to gain these high rankings.
What am I trying to do?
My goal is to make sure the homes are found after they are made available. Without that, it is just another video that is buried online.
I represent Northeast Tennessee, the Seller, the Buyer and mostly, the Realtor.
I love this area. I love its history. I love its beauty.
If the home can match the essence of the area by its presentation, .. then it sells and we all benefit.
I won't just hand a client (ie. Realtor) a video, but I will have it posted and 'interlinked' (which is vital) via Youtube (which Google owns and loves to post on its search page) and a matching Northeast Tennessee Facebook page. But remember, just posting isn't enough. This is when my Marketing and Search Engine experiences kick in. People are searching in many different ways now for homes, so these sources need optimized to cater directly to those searches. People very rarely search for 'John Doe the Realtor', but they truly search for 'Homes for Sale in Northeast Tennessee'. Especially for the big ones. [ Coming soon : NortheastTennesseeHomes.com ]
I can explain these techniques better with you in person or via telephone.
So you can see the window is open to grab this key 'niche' of the market.
If needed you can have two versions: One with You represented, the other simplified for the MLS listings with just your name at the end as Contracted Realtor. You can also have the mp4 file for your cellphone, iPad, Laptops and whatever else they invent for us. :)
I am a believer that the 'Home Owner' can assist in the sale by having their own simple web address they can boast and share and even post on their property or online to all their friends. Something simple. Of course this webpage links directly to you, the Contracted Realtor. Thus, everything is inter-linked, which is what Search Engine algorithms look for. I've done this for years. If you are interested in something like this I can do it for you as part of the package.
A simple easy to remember link something like: NETN.us/427 I can share more about this if you would like.
Combine all these high searched websites with Search Engine algorithm control as the key, and the door of possible Buyers finding your Listings broadens greatly, which gives the highest professionalism of presentation possible to the potential purchaser.
I continue to study close what :
1. What Sellers want,
2. What Buyers want and are drawn to as well as what they like and do not like in videos, (For example, an owner does not live in the sky, so keep the aerial footage to a minimum as a secondary actor and not the star of the show.)
3. What Realtors want and benefit the most from to "Sell the Home" and even to get the cherished "Initial Contract" of the home.
I am also now adding a QRCode to each video. All the viewer has to do is point his phone at the video, snap a picture of the QRcode Square and they now have all the pertinent information about the home, but best of all, About You. :)
I am now talking with and choosing Realtor Clients to work with. This is new. I am always happy to talk and help you understand the potential. But also, the Buyers are beginning to demand it. They prefer video over stagnant old style photographs and their repetitive doors and sheetrock walls. Online attention span has dramatically dropped to just seconds per viewer now. The creative video advertising answer is adding not just seconds, but minutes to their attention span. People love watching videos.
I want to give my Clients the best of my time. Production of each video does take time so there will be limitations per week of how many can be produced and promoted.
Remember, I do all the other work. The Realtor, for example, gets the simple Youtube link for their own MLS sites. Copy and Paste. Just like you are doing now. Making sure it is found on the vital other sources, I do.
Remember: Share. Seen. Sold. :)
This is the AD that never disappears but continually promotes you and your company.. Even AFTER the home is Sold ! :)
There is no other better cost effective long term advertising. Video Presentations are perpetual billboards. Win win.
When I walk in the house, I want to represent quality dedicated Realtors.
When I walk out of the house, I want the Owner to know I understand their home.
When I finish the Video Production and Internet Presentation, I want the potential Buyer to feel as though they have been treated with the highest respect and invitation to have an 'in person walkthru' with the Realtor whose professionalism they are already sold on.
